abortion: how should Christians react?

Abortion is a huge issue in our Canadian society today. It’s easy to get an abortion. Of course, as Christians, we believe taking the life of an unborn child is wrong in God’s (and our) eyes. As Christians, how should we react?

Recently, MP Stephen Woodworth brought forth a motion before the House of Commons asking that Parliament take another look at when an unborn child is declared a human. An article was written referring to this and the issue of abortion and how Christians should respond to it.

Go here to read it. It’s written by a young Christian adult, and you should read it. ūüôā

letters for life

My church has¬† a group of youth that are pro-life. Our goal is to spread awareness about abortion and God’s view on it, and eventually end abortion in Canada forever. We were told about Letters4Life. Letters4Life is a campaign to write 100, 000 letters to our Prime Minister, Stephen Harper, by May 10, the annual March for Life on Parliament Hill. I encourage you to do this, because your letter could save an unborn baby’s life.

Please take a moment to save lives. Postage is free, and you can even send a form letter if you’d like, signed by you.

¬°hola mis amigos!

The last post I wrote was january in a bubble…and now it’s February. Which means I need to write another post. But some random facts to tell you what’s been preventing me from posting this month:

1) Exams.

2) More exams.

3) Busyness because of exams.

4) Piano theory exams.

5) Start of new semester (*happiness*!!)

6) My brother got facebook.

7) Something else which is really super duper kinda exciting for me but I can’t tell you for a few more weeks cause of a reason which exists because¬†I want it to.

And that’s pretty much it. So now that I have a half-decent excuse…
